Representation of both landlords and tenants in major retail and office leases throughout the United States.

Representation of clients in lender and equity investor negotiations for acquisition, development and construction financing.

Representation financial institutions in connection with both construction and real estate acquisition loans, as well as mezzanine/subordinated debt finance transactions.

Representation of corporations in negotiating and obtaining tax incentives, including the preparation and negotiation of fee in lieu of taxes arrangements and bond financing.

Assisting developers, property owners (including hospital owners and operators, physician practice groups, retail and restaurant companies) and portfolio managers with property management including lease negotiation, landlord-tenant issues and risk mitigation.
