Schaffer & Clark Law PLLC is a commercial real estate law firm founded by Suzanne Schaffer and Karen Clark.  Suzanne and Karen have each practiced in the commercial real estate legal field for more than a decade and bring big law firm experience to their clients delivered in an efficient manner with the client’s needs in mind.  With a broad understanding of the commercial real estate markets, Schaffer & Clark saw that clients sought sophisticated legal services typically offered in large law firms, but provided in a flexible and responsive manner at cost-effective rates.  Thus, Schaffer & Clark Law PLLC was formed to provide high quality legal services to the real estate industry offering excellent client service, flexibility and efficiency that a small firm is uniquely positioned to provide.
